Refund policy
Our mission is to offer our customers high-quality, tarnish-resistant jewelry at a budget-friendly price. Each piece undergoes thorough inspection before shipping; however, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must initiate a return request via email (admin@heuningbyjewelry.co.za) within 3 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and stickers intact, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Jewelry is not eligible for a refund unless the item is found to be defective. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, Heuningby is happy to exchange it for a similar item or provide store credit equal to the item’s value.
An item is considered “defective” if there is a notable flaw in its craftsmanship or design that impacts its function, usability, or safety. If this is the case, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Our stainless steel jewelry is designed to stay untarnished with proper care. To maintain its condition, avoid contact with detergents, lotions, hair products, jewelry cleaners, or other harsh chemicals.
Please note that individual reactions to gold plating may vary, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes in jewelry color due to skin oils, perfumes, or lotions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings or piercing jewelry. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
